Our gluten free and vegan chocolate brownies are traditionally soft, slightly fudgy and full of chocolaty flavor. They are moist without the feeling of being heavy and underbaked. Our brownie mix recipes are simple to follow.
What You Need: 1 cup of warm water, 1 cup of oil, 2 cups of sugar
Gluten Free Flour (sweet rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum), cocoa powder, sea salt, baking powder (cornstarch, sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum sulfate, monocalcium phosphate)
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees & prepare a 9"X13" pan by lightly greasing it.
2. Place water, oil and sugar in a bowl & stir until well combined.
3. Pour brownie mix into bowl and mix well.
4. Pour into greased pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
tip & tricks
Sugar: We left our sugar out of this mix so you can choose whatever suits your preference. We prefer beet sugar but any sugar will do.
Oil: We use Canola oil, however, you may use any oil you desire.
Warm Water: For best results it's important to use warm water.
